প্রতিকার:

# যথাসম্ভব চেষ্টা করুন একাকী পর্দার সহিত দুধ পান করাতে, যাতে কেউ আপনার স্তন, বক্ষ বা সতর দেখতে না পায়। 

# দুধ পানের সময় আপনার বাচ্চার শরীরের উপর দিয়ে একটি চাদর কিংবা শাড়ী জাতীয় আচ্ছাদিত করে দিন, যাতে হঠাৎ কোনও নারী বা পুরুষ ঘরে চলে আসলে যেন সে আপনার শরীর দেখতে না পায়। 

# যদি একা সম্ভব না হয় তবে নিজের মা যদি স্বামীর বাড়ি থাকে তবে নিজের শাশুড়ি বা স্বামীর মায়ের সাহায্য নেয়া যাতে পারে। কিন্তু এর বাইরে কাউকে স্তন দেখানে যাবে না।
